1st day (GOLD RING OF RUSSIA)

Pick up from the hotel in Moscow (private van & guide).
Transfer to Sergiev Posad. Excursion on the territory of the Trinity-Sergius Lavra. Acquaintance with the shrines, architecture and sights of the monastery. Free time for lunch. Transfer to Pereslavl city. Excursion "Pereslavl- Zalessky": Red Square, earthen ramparts, Transfiguration Cathedral.
Transfer to Rostov the Great. Excursion "Rostov city": The architecture of the Rostov Kremlin, Transitions along the walls of the Kremlin.
Transfer to Yaroslavl. Accommodation in the hotel. Overnight..

2nd day (GOLD RING OF RUSSIA)

After breakfast proceed to the excursion "Yaroslavl city": A sightseeing tour including merchant mansions and noble estates of the XIX century, a visit to the pearl of the city - Volga embankment and the famous Strelka - the place of the confluence of 2 rivers of the Volga and Kotorosl.
Visit to the ensemble of the Savior Monastery, the Church of Elijah the Prophet. Free time for lunch. Walk along the waterfront.
Overnight in Yaroslavl.

3rd day (GOLD RING OF RUSSIA)

After breakfast transfer to Kostroma. Excursion "Kostroma city": A sightseeing tour along the Volga river embankment and the ancient streets of the city - the ancient architecture of the city and the fan style of Catherine the Great, Milk Mountain, Shopping arcade, Fire tower.
Visit to the legendary Ipatiev Monastery: familiarization with the architectural ensemble, Trinity Cathedral. Free time for lunch.
Transfer to Suzdal. Accommodation at the hotel.
Overnight.

4th day (GOLD RING OF RUSSIA)

After breakfast proceed to the excursion "Suzdal city": the history of the city, the architecture of the Suzdal Kremlin with a visit to the Nativity Cathedral.
Excursion around the Savior-Evfimiev monastery: the Savior-Transfiguration Cathedral with internal paintings of famous masters Guriy Nikitin and Sila Savina, a concert of bell ringing.
Excursion to the museum of wooden architecture, the architecture of the Pokrovsky nunnery. Free time for lunch.
A visit to Kideksha - the church of Boris and Gleb. Free time.
Walk through the shopping arcade.
Overnight.

5th day (GOLD RING OF RUSSIA)

After breakfast proceed to the excursion "Bogolyubovo": a visit to the Holy Bogolyubsky nunnery. Walk through a reserved meadow to the Church of the Intercession on the Nerl of the XII century.
Excursion "Vladimir City": A sightseeing tour with a visit to the historic part of the city and the observation deck, acquaintance with the monuments of white stone architecture of the XII century. Assumption Cathedral, decorated with frescoes by Andrei Rublev, Dmitrievsky Cathedral and the Golden Gate.
Free time for lunch.
Transfer back to Moscow.

ST PETERSBURG SHORE EXCURSIONS (VISA FREE ST PETERSBURG)

Our local office in St Petersburg is accredited to act as a shore excursion agency in the city of St Petersburg Russia. We provide visa free excursions for passengers on sea cruises visiting St Petersburg, subject to minimum 2 passengers travelling together. Cruise passengers are only allowed to visit St Petersburg without a Russian visa if travelling ashore with an accredited shore excursion agency, such as ours. Passengers travelling ashore must remain with our guide and transportation for all their time in the city and must return to the ship with the guide at the appointed time. We, as the agent, are responsible for ensuring that you return to the ship. Passengers must retain their passport with them at all times. We provide competitively priced excursions in St Petersburg for individuals or large groups. Passengers wishing to visit St Petersburg independently (without pre-booked tours) must obtain a Russian visa in advance.
